- Alpyland is a 1,200-meter-long rail track consisting of a downhill run and an automatic uphill lift. All bobs are two-seaters, so you can ride alone or with a companion.

- Rides are counted per person. Multi-ride tickets can be shared among several people. For example, if two people buy 4 rides, each one can use 2.

- Tickets are not skip-the-line passes and must be presented at our ticket office in paper or digital format. Please note that an Internet connection is not always available at the top. Therefore, if you choose a digital ticket, we recommend saving a screenshot of the ticket received by email on your smartphone. At the ticket office, your ticket will be converted into a coded ticket that will allow you to access the ride.

- No reservation is required. Check the opening calendar of the park to decide when to use your ticket.

- The purchaser’s name will appear on the ticket. However, tickets are not nominative: anyone presenting the ticket will be able to use it.

- Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

- Once your purchase is completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from which you can download your tickets.
