Do I need to book my ride before coming to Alpyland?

No, it is not possible to reserve your ride.

From which age can children get on board?

All children from 4 years old and with a minimum height of 100 cm can ride. From 4 to 9 years old, children can only make the descent if accompanied by an adult or a child over 14 years old and at least 135 cm tall, sitting in the front seat. From the age of 9, they can make the descent independently.

At the end of the ride, how do I get back to the starting point?

It is a complete ride that includes the ascent, which takes place automatically.

How many people can ride the bob?

The bobsleds are all designed for two passengers. You can therefore ride alone or in pairs.

Do children have to pay to access the facility?

Children under 120 cm in height pay a reduced price. In the rates section of this site you will find all the prices.

Can the number of rides included in the ticket be divided between more than one person?

Yes, the tickets can be divided between several people.

How are rides counted?

Rides are billed per person. If the bobsleigh is occupied by two people during the descent, the count will be of two runs.

Can dogs be brought on the bobsled during the descent?

No, dogs cannot be brought on the bobsled, regardless of their size and/or breed.

Can pregnant women use the attraction?

No, for safety reasons, pregnant women cannot use the attraction.

Does the bobsled have a weight limit?

The bobsled can carry a maximum load of 150 kg.
